Nice and clean, good breakfast selection, close to beach, lovely terrace bar.

Hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean. Great room with a fantastic view of Levante Beach on floor 16. Shower was excellent but not very private with glass walls to bathroom. Personally it didn't bother me but would not have wanted to share with children with little privacy. Bed very comfortable and entertainment good.

Everything just marvelous! We planned to stay 1 night, but we enjoyed so much everything from the beginning that decided to extend our stay for one night more. And it became just better than first day! The rooms are very clean, visited gym and spa area, everything new and perfectly functioning, AND most important is the food - better than in many restaurants of this city. I am picky eater - I can confirm I enjoyed ALL INCLUSIVE package - my 1000% recommendations to try at least 1-2 days to have all inclusive. Food is fresh, between variety of fish, meat, vegetables all kind for every taste. Staff is very very friendly and patience.. cleaning service is very quick.

Fantastic view from our room we were on 10th floor. It was worth booking a sea view room as others complained about the building works going on next to them. Restaurant was good with tasty well presented food although the temperature of some of it wasn’t always great. We used the spa pool which was lovely although don’t think it’s worth €10 they charge plus an extra €2 each for a swim cap. The sauna wasn’t very hot and not able to put water on the coals to get the heat but overall a lovely experience and we had the place to ourselves for 1/2 hour so ask first how busy it is for your time slot. The outside pool area was large and clean, no outside bar open or snack facility open and the water too cold to go in but a nice few hours of sunshine to lay out in February.

Room was very nice. Problem with the shower tray which flooded when showering. Meals were good although 20.00 is quite late to open the restaurant. Most of the guests are elderly so an earlier opening would be good. Shouldn't have to pay extra for the spa. We went twice and the pool was much colder on the second occasion. No hand rails to get in the pool. Some loose tiles around the edge. Sitting in the lobby in the evening was quite cold. Every time the reception door opened a cold draft blew through. Not fun to have to sit in your outside coat. Very well organised in the restaurant. Only thing that was annoying was the staff throwing the cutlery and crockery not placing them on their serving table. Very disturbing for guests who have hearing aids. Having to lower them thus making it harder to hear the people on your table. Just a few things fixed would make the stay more enjoyable.
